I've worn Varca sandals for years, but not happy when I bought a pair of navy ones and ended up with blue feet for weeks because the colour rubbed off. When I emailed Varca all they offered was 10% off my next purchase, no words of apology or explanation - which was the most annoying thing. My mother had the same problem with a pair of black Hotters' shoes and they were most apologetic and exchanged without quibble.
