  The lady at the till, smallish lady with short dark hair and glasses was. Try unhelpful, rude and did not smile at anybody. I asked where something was she pointed outside and said at the other end of the store really helpful. Then when I went to the till to pay an older lady said I still can’t find whatever she was looking for to which the staff member said very rudely then we haven’t got any. Can’t fault the shop for goods but maybe some staff training on customer care, after all without customers they wouldn’t have a job. If she doesn’t like working in your shop maybe she should consider another type of career.
